FinalPreps provides digital educational resources including but not limited to:

• Past examination papers and model answers
• Interactive Quizzes and automated grading
• Dedicated learning environments (e.g., BECE Prep Hub)
• Educational worksheets, assignments, and revision materials

Some content is available for free, while other content requires payment.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Paystack. We do not store your credit card or mobile money details on our servers.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchased content.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate purchases (accidental double payment)
• Technical errors preventing access to purchased content
• Unauthorized transactions

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FinalPreps or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

When you purchase content from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, educational purposes only. You may not:

• Modify or create derivative works without permission
• Use content for commercial purposes without authorization
